What is your processing time?

Our current processing time is 3-4 weeks. This does not include shipping, which typically takes 2-4 days.

  

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, of course! I love preparing custom orders. If you want to place a custom order please e-mail orders@rusticeve.com and let me know what you have in mind. Please provide as much detail as possible so I can create something personal just for you! You’ll hear back from me within 48 hours with a price and current processing time. Then we’ll create a custom listing for your item. The processing time will NOT begin until the custom listing has been paid for.*

**Please proofread your mockups closely, because that will be exactly how your sign is made.

 

If I live local, can I pick up my sign?

You sure can! If you’re local to Fair Haven, NJ and want to pick up your order, please add it to the Special Instructions for seller box on the checkout page. Shipping costs will be refunded, and we will send you an e-mail when your order is ready for pick up :)

 

This is a gift. Can you ship directly to the recipient?

Absolutely! We will even include a handwritten message from you to make it extra personal. :)

If you want me to send the sign directly to a friend or family member, please let me know! Make sure you use your recipient’s shipping address during checkout, and then include your message in the Special Instructions for Seller box on the checkout page.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom nature of the sign, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours from your purchase for a refund. After 48 hours, a store credit will be issued.

 

Help! I need my sign quickly. Do you accept rush orders?

If you need a sign in a hurry, please e-mail me before placing your order. If I can accommodate your time frame, I'll create a custom listing for the item that includes a rush fee. 

 

What if my sign is damaged during shipping?

I do my best to protect your package during shipping. If there’s an issue when it arrives, please contact me within 48 hours and include photos of the damage.**
